Really nice place beside the Rhein river. The staff are very nice and helpful. The room is very clean and you could see the Rhein river and mountain faraway out of the window. A fascinating and wonderful hotel. 

Great location next to the Rhine River. Obviously a destination for slightly older clientele but a band, dancing and all facilities.

This place is perfectly situated in a fantastic area near the shopping district, with great restaurants and cafes, and close to Drachenfels Mountain.

The hotel's location was perfect, right next to a metro station, making it easy to get to the city center. It was not noisy and offered excellent public transportation. the hotel was closed on New Year's Eve, ensuring we had a peaceful night without

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was well-equipped with complimentary toiletries. The breakfast buffet was delicious and there were plenty of options to choose from. 

The location and the spa center (the swimming pool is amazing).

Nice for one night, but a bit tired. The staff is friendly but efficient.

Dogs welcomed with treats and amenities. Nice sauna. Vegan options available in the restaurant. Good location. Pool is more for training than recreation. Spacious room with lovely shower.

Clean and orderly. Well located on the Rhine in relation to highway and ferry services. Very good parking arrangements and an easy walk to the village and the train/ferry. Quiet and comfortable.

The restaurant service at dinner was somewhat slow and intermittent.
